Forgiavelo
Forgiavelo is a subsidiary of Forgital Italy SpA specialized in the manufacturing of steel press-forged products using upsetting and electro-upsetting.
The range of upset weights that Forgiavelo are able to produce is from 4 to 70 kg inclusive while the firm’s electro-upsetting line is suitable for manufacturing pieces from 2 to 25 kg.
The materials Forgiavelo are able to process are:
- Carbon steels
- Alloyed steels
- The different classes of stainless steels, including duplex and superduplex
- Super alloys with a nickel base
- The petrochemical industry
- Drive transmission
- Earth-moving machines
- Vehicle gearboxes and semi-axles
