Increased collaboration with OEM customers through the sharing of Forgital’s metallurgical experience and expertise in order to achieve best-in-class results.
The forging process creates metal with uniform grain size and flow characteristics, significantly reducing porosity in the material.
The rolling process creates the iconic rolled rings used across a broad number of market segments, including mission critical aerospace applications.
Heat treatment is used to achieve the desired final metallurgical properties of forgings.
Forgital can rough and finish machine in-house its own products thanks to several different specialized locations worldwide.
Internal welding of finished components is an additional service that only Forgital can provide, helping customers to reduce manufacturing time and costs.
In-house assembly provides customers with finished products thereby optimizing their production process.
Comprehensive testing of final products to meet all customers’ quality and performance requirements.
