ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRESIDENT

We wish to inform you that as of 1st November 2015 the company Forgital Group S.p.a. has been merged into Forgital Italy S.p.a. Therefore, effective from today, Forgital Italy S.p.a. will take in charge the direction and coordination of the following companies: Forgital Sumec, Forgital Rimach, Forgital Dembiermont, Forgital FMDL, Forgital USA and RTM Breda.

NADCAP RE-ACCREDITATION WITH MERIT PROGRAM FOR FORGITAL FMDL
