Effective 1 October 2026, Efesto Bidco S.p.A., Orizzonti 2 S.p.A. and F-Brasile S.p.A. have been merged into Forgital Italy S.p.A.

Following the transaction, Forgital Italy S.p.A. remains the surviving company and assumes all rights and obligations of the merged companies.

The merger has accounting and tax effect from 1 January 2026.

The transaction simplifies the Group’s corporate structure by consolidating the companies involved in the merger into Forgital Italy.
