Forgital Italy has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the internationally recognized standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

This certification confirms the adoption of a structured management system aligned with international best practices for information security, cybersecurity, and the protection of company know-how and customer data.

The achievement further strengthens Forgital’s commitment to operational excellence, risk management, and the secure handling of information across its business processes, providing customers and partners with an additional level of assurance regarding the protection of confidential information and entrusted intellectual property.

The certification is the result of a cross-functional effort involving multiple departments throughout the definition of processes, risk assessment, implementation of security measures, employee awareness activities, and certification audits.

Forgital would like to thank all the colleagues who contributed to this important milestone, with particular recognition to the I.T., Quality Assurance, and HR Teams for their commitment and collaboration throughout the project.

The next phase of the program will focus on extending the certification to the remaining Italian sites, followed by the Group’s French operations, further strengthening a common approach to information security across the organization.
